Through attentive listening I interpreted the wide variety of professional and personal experiences that she has had, including entrepreneurial and business endeavours, acts of service in extended cultural communities, namely in India, and as Head of Faculty in her current position. In each of these contexts Samantha is perceptive and discerning when interpreting problems and is very efficient at developing alternative viable solutions. Samantha Reynolds is a dedicated and highly professional colleague. She has collaborated extensively with me to build and develop a dedicated and flexible educational experience for Griffith University students specialising in Design and Technologies education.  Her innovative style and entrepreneurial focus offer students needed skills and confidence to be effective teachers in the Design classroom. Through her master class workshops, Samantha provides students with a much needed connection to best practice strategies and an opportunity to network with like-minded colleagues.
